My photography passion began with wildlife, as I enjoy being in nature and observing wildlife. Creating photos of animals as art is a goal I strive to achieve. I enjoy working with people, as well, capturing special moments and personalities. I declared this past year, The Year of the Flower, capturing flowers with different techniques to bring out their beauty. A chance decision to stop and capture a beautiful sunset, with a barn I pass by every day, started my interest in landscape photography and The Barn Project. I have been following the same old barn through the seasons and crop rotations, capturing its many moods.
